I had this idea that Octavian was very deranged when he was younger, similar to shuck he had a pretty big taste for blood
he’s gotten better as he matured but I can see him being very dangerous even by Kivouachian standards
Also he’s not afraid of fire, fire is one of the only things that could quickly and painfully eliminate someone permanently
I can absolutely see him trying to use that fearlessness to his advantage against others just for the sake of scaring others
I can see him being rather emotionless, not very charged on any specific passions or goals but just enjoying toying and playing with others, loving his nature of humiliation and torture but not being completely hopeless, enjoying fine visual and audio arts
