Description
Stage 1: [link]Stage 2 of my owl drawing. I've added more feathers to the face and increased the values.
Time (so far): like 2 weeks, maybe? with a lot of breaks....
Tools: kneaded eraser, dry eraser pad, 4H 2H HB 2B and 4B graphite pencils, flat watercolor brush (i didn't paint, just brushed around extra graphite left by pencils), a piece of paper, acrylic transparent ruler, divider
Medium: just graphite

That is awesome! (not gonna fave until it is finished though of course).
I don't know if the gradient at the bottom right and left of the paper is just incidental to the camera shot, but it makes it look fantastic on the thumbnail.

thank you! i plan to finish the whole thing by the middle to the end of april. yes, the gradient was just incidental; i didn't pay much attention to the lighting as this is still a WIP.
