I don't know what it is with companies trying to redo or make a life action out of an older series. Like if you're not going to make it at least a good one then just leave the show alone!
Monster High has always been my favorite childhood show and the life action that they decided to pull of feels like a slap in the face. They pretty much decided to make Descendants part 2 and by the looks of it, it ain't going to be a great one.
So I decided to do another series where I redesign horrible life action designs and I also give my point of view what I would have done differently if I made the life action movie.

First of all it wouldn't be a movie, it would be a series. I think Monster High's concept and story telling in general fits better as a series than a movie. I think the show would be rated 13+ as I think the series would be a great show for the teenage audience. Characters clothing for example fits much more for the teenagers and it also fits the characters better. As Monster High also discuss the topics of r*cism, toxic relationships and family conflicts, I think these topics are really important especially for teenagers as most of them are going to be interested in dating life and they are starting their own private lives.

Now to the outfit!
The only thing that I actually liked in the life action design was the moon shirt. I think it has been really trendy for the past couple of years so I decided to keep it but pretty much everything else changed. I've always liked the mini hoodie that Clawdeen have in the original series so I wanted to add that too. Also the skirt is pretty similar to the original one but I just made it longer. In the life action she had some purple going on in her hair so I decided to remove that and gave her basic brown with some lighter highlights. As her outfit already has purple I didn't see it necessary for the hair to also have the color.
I also made a realistic version of her or what I think she would look like in realistic style. It was hard to figure out her face shape as the cartoon has it's own style that repeats in every character so I also used the 3d version of her. I think she would have a rounder face shape with high cheek bones and a rounder chin. Again it's not perfect but this is what I came up with. I also added her make up to the face.
