When I look up into the night skyI can't help but see these two lonely stars
There so bright, but so dim
Somebody please turn down the lights
I can only keep these shades on for so long
My eyes are gone and there laying in the skies
I got one in the night and one in the day
My eyes are the sun and the moon
I took them out long ago
Just so I could look at you below
You said I could never have you
But you never said I couldn't see you
The week runs through and thin
My blood runs thick
Friday hits the curb and I'm in love
Saturday Sunday blurred by the milky way
By Monday my heart is devoured by radioactive decay
I can't say I like being hurt
But I can say I love seeing you get hurt
I could just scream and laugh and shout its karma
But to get the best of my self
I never push myself, except over the edge
I got my tip toes on the ledge
I got my shades on
I'm completely numb
Even when my head hits the pavement
When I wake from the dead
I will walk around confused
Til I see your face
Complete disgrace
