Description
Yet another collaborative item with ADEPT. This one's for the Spy!An ancient Javanese stabbing tool, the Keris (or as we call it today, the kris) possesses an intimidating, unique curvature to the blade. The rounded pommel area would fit in the palm, aiding the pushing force of a stabbing strike. What better employment than in the hands of the most notorious stabber, the Spy?
After researching keris lore we found some interesting legends behind a keris' powers, but the most TF2-notable use was invulnerability. So...made a suggestion to Valve that, on a successful backstab, the Spy gains a brief Invuln, the duration lasting longer with consecutive backstabs, similar to the headshot bonuses of the new Bazaar Bargain rifle. In similar fashion to the new rifle, missing a stab with this knife negates all bonuses accumulated.

A bit long, don't you think? But a very unique effect indeed, but there are not alot of cons. Anywayz, I love the design. Makes it look more primitive.

Aye, the Moro kris/kalis is believed to have been carried over the sea to the Philippines from Indonesia or Malaysia, there's even some historical transitional patterns that look like the originals, but scaled more like the Philippino sword-kris better known today. Love 'em all!
