Celebi's time travel. Been working on this off and on the past few days in hopes of breaking my art block. Kept losing interest so it took a while. I just used the grass and leaf brushes in photoshop because of the lack of motivation, I may try and paint them by hand later, but I like it the way it is right now.
Time taken: 5+ hours over a few days.
