Description Yayyyy I finished a character design. Havn't done one of those in a while. ANYWAY.

This is Cosmic, my fire Mequar on AMZ. c: Though the design is my own, it looks completely different from the default fire mequar. xD

And yes, he does have a heart under his left eye, in the corner there. It's a tatoo, so if I draw him anthro or human, he'll still have it. He's a ladies man yeeeeaaahhhh. ;D

Yeah, when I do eyes, there are like....7-10 Layers dedicated JUST to them, shades of dark and light and the highlights. xD I spend a lot of time on those.
