still stupid busy....for some reason I was less busy when I was actually working at an office for someone for pay.... it's a strange concept, but I think the more one gets paid, the less hard one works. I'm gonna resume Iris in the summer. I'll note you about it.

I think employers tend to think a pay raise as incentive and goes toward work to be done, while employees think a raise is reward for past work...
