Description IIII think I spent way too much time playing around with the colours and light and stuff... XD I didn't like it very much when I was almost done with the shading... then I added more colours and I think it looks okay now XDΒ 
Icelectric letting some steam out! Freezing ice mist combined with electricity, he likes mixing the two elements up. You don't wanna be around, trust me.Β 
This looks kinda similiar to the drawing named "Freezing Jolts" (or something like that) from my gallery, I liked the colour scheme, so I went with it again
