Description
This is another one I've had saved for a while and never got around to posting: a dedicated Final Fantasy fighting game (That isn't Dissidia). I'm not really sure why I decided to do this one considering I haven't played a Final Fantasy in my life, but that made putting this roster together a unique challenge that I ended up really enjoying. With a series with a history as long as this one, it's gonna be a challenge to adequately represent its entries, so before I started picking out characters, I decided to include at least one rep from each main-line game and limit the number of reps a game receives to four. That said, I didn't want to go the route Dissidia NT did and include the main hero and villain for each and every one, so for some games, one or both of those was excluded.

With all that being said, here's the selection I ended up going with. Some characters are obviously going to be DLC, but honestly, I never really bothered to punch these characters into those sorts of categories.
