Description
Here's the final design and description for one of the spies in the first issue of Operation Spyhard.

Personality
Legend has an active energetic demeanor yet an impressive presence so he's quick to take command of situations.

He seems to have a good working and personal relationship with his comrades, and is able to handle most
situations with a cool and calm head.
He goes out of his way to protect the lives of all living beings, even those of his enemies.

Powers and abilities

Power Source - He possesses the ability to absorb energy.
His energy power's most distinctive effect is the generation of yellow, solid light.
The size, complexity, and strength of it is limited only by his willpower.

Super Strength - He has the ability to physically lift over 10 tons under normal conditions.

Flight - Legend has the ability to move and fly incredibly fast.

Sonic Hearing - He has the ability to hear all sounds at any volume or pitch, presumably as long as there is
atmosphere to carry the sonic vibrations.

Force Field - He is protected by an invisible force field that provides a breathable atmosphere for him in any
environment(underwater,space,etc.)
and protects him from all forms of harm(radiation,bullets,etc.).

Sonic Blasts - He can also send out an ultrasonic force from a charge of energy collected
within his hands strong enough to destroy solid objects and incapacitate his
opponents.

Levitation - He can use his energy to levitate objects arbitrarily, which allows him to use random
objects as projectiles and to grasp items or people out of his reach.

Energy Scanner - He can use his energy as a diagnostic scanner, allowing him to see in X-Ray,
diagnose illnesses, and identify materials.
