I've once helped Mordekaiser die like that.
4 men were chasing him, I figured I'd Cataclysm them and then Flash out. Guess what? Smartpants with ~100 hp decides to turn back and hit them with Syphon. Would he just run from there, without ever stopping like that, he'd survive.
