You know, I've never even played KH, I don't know much about it at all, but this costume leaves me in awe everytime I happen to stumble upon it. I've seen lots of Axels, but something about yours just makes it special.
In other words, it's amazing.

I genuinely think that yours was the most moving comment for any of my costumes. I put my heart into every one of them, and for anybody to believe that they are special is absolutely wonderful. With Axel, I admit that, without the costume, I barely look at all like him, but it has been overwhelming in the most joyful way to hear that others believe that the costume is convincing; that was my major objective, along with making a top quality coat, wig, and props. ^_^

This is better. I like this pose. Now to get some real leather instead of pleather, some real steel made weapons, and this picture would rock. Te hair, the face is perfect. A half decent picture, maybe a tad bit over a half, but not much.

Thanks! I know how to weld, cut, forge, and polish steel, but conventions would never allow me to tote authentic metal weaponry. I carved the chakrams out of wood so that the prop would be safe to carry about at an event without hurting anybody. ^_^ Regarding the pleather, I actually favor it as opposed to true leather because it is quite lightweight, bears both the appearance and texture of soft leather, and it flows magically in the wind. I will exude my utmost effort to make my photos even more than half decent in the future - thank you for the advice!

Well you know what would be cool? If the convetions do not allow you to carry around such material, then at home take some photo's of you with real hard steel weapons and what not. That would be pretty cool to see. I would love to one day see you make a chakram, or some sword out of hard forged steel. Anyways, I am glad my advice was of help to you, and I will see you around.

Those are indeed some flat-felled seams! (Those are actually my favorite type; when I learned how to make them in Pattern Drafting class last year, I remarked that they were the sexiest seams of all.)
