Snozone are not so much able to dodge attacks, but they are notorious for deflecting them using psychic and ice attacks. Even though they are extremely slow, their special attack and defense are unbelievably high.

The second stage feels too similar to the first stage to me. Also, their shapes don't make them stand out too much. Have you thought about maybe making them ice mirrors instead of shields? They could stil be shaped like shields, but mirrors have so much possibility!
