Description
First in a series of TF2 characters with birds native to their home areas.Here's Scout with a tufted titmouse, which is native to most of the northeastern United States, including Massachusetts. Also, he has a peep-peep.
Oh god, you can tell how long it's been since I last painted in Photoshop. It's been YEARS. Horrible.
