This is a cute little emote. The bounce animation works well and i like how the text expands and shrinks rather than appearing out of thin air. The shading looks great and the expression also works well. The hand waving effect fits in nicely and makes a good all rounded emote. The only down side is the height. Its too large to really use as a chat emoticon. You could do with making a version thats only 50 pixels tall instead of 82
