JJ as Asuka and myself as Rei in some of the yukata/kimono I own.We dressed up for an event at her university for fun!

I normally wouldn't use "elegant" to describe Rei, but your version of her is most certainly elegant!!

Kimono are for formal wear, and have many layers. It's also incredibly difficult if not impossible to proper dress yourself in kimono. Yukata on the other hand are only a layer or two and meant for the summer. Yukata are what IchigoKitty and her friend are wearing.
As for the photo itself, it's too cute! Your wigs are so good! The flower in your hair is a really nice touch.
