Species: Garuda (magical half-man half-bird things)

Personality: Evan is a bird-man creature called a garuda, although he isn't quite sure if this is his original form. He's pretty sure he was once human.

Needless to say, when he was tossed to Hetherev, he lost a good hunk of his memory and can't recall who exactly he is. Despite this, Evan is a very friendly guy, if somewhat of a worrywat. He stresses easily about making a good first impression and really does try to lend a helping hand when need be. He's loyal, and can be very defensive of his friends and will aggressively fight back if backed into a corner. He's a pretty decent fighter and knows how to defend himself.
He probably got that when he was training to become a police officer. He's a police officer, right? Right?

When around the company of humans, he's pretty self-conscious about his appearance and tends to be more quiet and reserved around them. However, he'll instantly warm up to anyone remotely bird-like or someone who isn't human.

Evan is a bit of a clumsy dork on his feet. He is a VERY awkward runner and will try to fly rather than run if he needs to make a speedy getaway. And in the strong mountain winds, he more often than not can't make a safe take-off. Whatever clumsiness he has on those big ridiculous lanky bird-feet, he makes up for in the air. He's a very graceful flier and is quite agile. He absolutely loves flying.

He's a very good singer, whether that's because he's a bird or a natural talent is anyone's guess. Evan loves singing, but prefers to do so in private and can be quite bashful if anyone catches him. He can also do a tiny bit of magic, but as of right now it's very weak and he can only cast basic fire spells or light spells.

Another important thing is that since Evan is a garuda, he despises snakes or snake-like creatures (especially nagas) with every fiber of his being. It's nothing personal, really. It's just part of being a garuda.

Is there anything you feel very STRONGLY that your character NOT be drawn doing?: (Kissing another character, etc): As long as you don't have him getting killed or making out with another dude (he's straight as a pencil) feel free to use him for whatever!

Missing Items: There are two items Evan lost on his way to this strange new world. His anklet, and his badge (which is indeed a police badge for a special division in his world) However, EVAN IS NOT AWARE OR THESE ITEMS OR EVEN THAT HE LOST THEM. Oh dear.

The anklet is a thin silver band with pretty swirly markings on it and has a very tiny tiny tiny magic pull to it. It's pretty important to Evan's identity and Evan would really like to have that. His name is engraved on the back. Once he retrieves his anklet, he'll be mildly aware of his missing badge.

The badge is a hefty piece of hardware with the initials SPNH engraved on it. Evan won't know what that stands for UNTIL HE GETS HIS ANKLET. After that, Evan will immediately remember the importance of his badge. This is a very important item and as such it will be EXCESSIVELY HARD TO FIND.
