History: Once a man known as Steven Bellfore, a reasonably successful businessman and an acquaintance of the Kindersons. But one tragic night in the wilderness sealed his fate. Hiking alone in the mountains, a werewolf attacked him, and he shortly transformed into a raging beast. Joshua happened to be out looking for Steve at the time and found him a werewolf, and Joshua attempted to use a spell to purify the lycanthropy from Steve. The spell Josh usedwas a success and a failure; Steve was no longer a bloodthirsty monster, but now he could no longer obtain his human shape. Steve is just thankful to have his humanity back and doesn’t mind his new wolfy form. In fact, he admits he enjoys it quite a bit. After turning into a werewolf, Steve was unable to return to his old life, so the Kindersons hired him as a body guard, and Steve has happily worked with them ever since.

Personality: Steve is the most loyal companion you can find; once you have gained his trust he'll go to hell and back to help you. He is much calmer and more reserved than Josh, although still friendly. He is shy around strangers, although still polite, and tends to keep his head low and avoids public places. He is the one that often keeps Josh’s jokes in check and is the more intuitive, level-headed of the two. He is not one to hold grudges and is quick to forgive and forget. He will not, however, delve into his tragic history, and if anyone were to ask him about his werewolf-ism, he would simply shrug and give a very brief story of how he was bitten but nothing more. He doesn’t wish to burden anyone with his story. Despite retaining his human mentality, he does have a few distinct wolf-like traits. He growls when he’s angry, his tail floofs up when he’s afraid, and he enjoys being scratched behind his ears. However, he hates being teased or treated like a dog, and for that, he won’t be quite as quick to forgive.

Abilities: Being part-wolf, Steve has phenomenal strength and endurance. He can lift three times his own body weight and can run at a top speed of 35 miles per hour. His claws are sharp enough to slice through wood like butter and his jaws are capable of crushing bones. The paw pads on his hands and feet are tough like leather and give him a good, firm grip. Because of Steve’s “cure,” he cannot pass on his lycanthropy via bite or any other means. That means he doesn’t have to worry about a person turning into a werewolf if he were to bite someone. Steve has no formal method of fighting, only a basic brawler-sort of style if he were to be engaged. Steve is, for all intensive purposes, the guard of the estate and he will not hesitate to protect it from a threat and will not hesitate to go full out. Steve does not know how to do any magic, although Josh is attempting to teach him a few basic spells. Steve also has incredible healing capabilities; cuts heal in seconds and broken bones heal in just a few days. Even though he is past middle-aged compared to a human, he still has all the strength and stamina of a young adult. For this reason, he and Josh suspect he'll live significantly longer than a human.

Fighting Style: Steve was never formally taught how to fight. He does, however, instinctively know how to defend himself, thanks to his werewolf side. His attacks usually including biting and scratching with his claws, with a few occasional kicks and punches. Like Josh, he won’t immediately go into a fight if it can be avoided, but he is a bodyguard, so he will use whatever force necessary to eliminate a threat.

Strengths: Steve is stronger and faster than your average human, and thanks to his werewolf side, his senses are tenfold that of a human. He can see in the dark, can smell a person from miles away, and can hear noises that are too soft for humans to hear. Steve’s claws give him pretty good traction and can climb trees or even buildings if he wishes to.
