Alrighty I figured out Akuma's release form

its just i got complaints about there has been so many deviations submitted at one time that i made a set bar for people to not go above

Well it is a group, and they should know that they will get alot of deviations. So if they dont like it just tell them to edit their watch, so they dont get deviations from the group, only getting blogs and all. But I understand what ya are getting at.
