The picture itself may not be sad, but the meaning behind it is. I drew this while lost in depression and felt like dieing. Deer and sparrow are my totem animals.

Enentually their love turned into a torture for them and being unable to bear with it any longer they preferred death - it freed their souls and brought them happiness in the afterlife.
