I like a lot your icon theme...
I use kde 4 and took the liberty of sort out your icons so that they'll fit the kde icon theme scheme...
Hope it's ok taking that you gave a GPL licence to the theme on kde-look
I uploaded the final theme to kde-look with the respective credits of course. please let me know if there's any problem with that.
