what do you mean? I'm italian, so i'm sorry if i don't get every single word that you say :v anyway, if you mean if you can freely use it, no, you can't, for 2 reasons:
1.I'm not the creatore of these fakemons, i only added the names, i don't know why, i just did it
2.The original fakemon aren't public, infact i asked the permission to the real creator, and he can force me to remove them from my profile anytime he wants
