Sorry for my delay to answer you back.
In Cinema 4D, put a Random shape line(spline) and a rectangle(spline) under a “Sweep” to form that rope, and give a right size to the rectangle to decide the Section dimension
I just need to control the shape of spline to change the shape of rope xD
