I finally got around to making some decent ones. I made a couple sets in the past, but they were sprites and weren't very good (except an Ice-type badge, which I kept here).Fae Badge (Fairy), Muscle Badge (Fighting), Rhythm Badge (Electric), Pearl Badge (Water), Sand Badge (Ground), Corn Badge (Grass), Swelter Badge (Fire), and Frost Badge (Ice).
The first is based on fairy wings, the second is based on a male torso, the third is based on a lightning bolt mixed with an electric guitar headstock, the fourth is based on an oyster and pearls, the fifth is based on a sandbox, the sixth is based on corn, the seventh is based on the sun, and the eighth is based on a snowflake and cloud.
I hope you like them! I'll be writing a tutorial for how I made them soon!

Eventually, maybe. I've been thinking about doing another batch of free-to-use Badges, so I might do them in this style if I can think about it.

Thanks! It was literally the first thing that popped into my mind when I thought of a Fighting-type badge. I simplified it a bit from the original idea, though. My rough sketch had a 6-pack.
Yeah, back when the cloud was rounded and I called it the Tempice Badge or Winter Diamond Badge. The grid I was working with made it seem impossible to keep the rounded cloud, so I made it more polygonal, which I agree looks better and, in my opinion, conveys the type even more.

Of course you would. They're the most stereotypically "girly" ones. You just want to ship them.

I think those are the only two that I made custom swatches for all the colors. The rest use at least one pre-defined swatch. I also custom made the lighter part of the Muscle Badge and the blue parts of the Swelter and Frost Badges.
I really want to sculpt these now, but I'm terrible with small details.

The pearl badge is my favorite. Also, I wouldn't be surprised that if XY have a Fairy Gym, it gives out a Fae badge.

I probably reworked the Pearl Badge more than any of the the others here, next to the Corn Badge. I tried to make it look like an open clam with a pearl inside, but that didn't work out, so I made it a bit more abstract. Took forever to choose the colors for it, too. It was originally pink and white, but it was too similar to the Fae Badge, so I changed it. I think it turned out alright in the end.
I can definitely see them calling a Fairy-type Badge the "Fae Badge." I honestly couldn't think up anything that sounded more realistic. If they do call it that, however, I may rename this one "Felicity Badge" or something.

It won't be as easy, but I'm sure you could modify the steps to get similar effects.
I'll probably start typing out the tutorial in a bit.
