Fake card, artwork, and foil by me. Blank by *aschefield101 (gold recolor by me). Symbols ripped by *aschefield101 .Yes, I know this isn't a reprint (therefore shouldn't have gold frames/bars), but I think gold frames/bars look better than silver ones. It's a fake card, so Wynaut?
Rotom and the Pokémon TCG are Copyright Pokémon/Nintendo.

Thanks! I made it quite a while back, when I was running Windows Vista about 2 years ago. I made it with Microsoft Publisher. Unfortunately, my current computer doesn't support Publisher. Luckily, I have Illustrator, so I can still make work in this style, but there was something about the simplicity of Publisher that I really liked.
