I had just realized yesterday that I hadn't ever drawn this adorable little Pokemon. It's been a while since I've done any work in Microsoft Publisher, so I figured I'd use it again.Also, am I the only one that thinks of a kitten when I see Joltik?

I don't really have any plans for a Joltik card. Someone else can use it on a fake if they want. I don't really have any ideas for one.
