original: Flaming Chains

little over 1-year redraw of one of my favorite pieces
it's blue struggling with his flamesilk
some notable changes from the original:
- the design (some different colors, no distinct scales, different body shape)
- the pose - the silk itself (i tried to make it look like it was actually burning him, but you can't really see the burn marks because of the smoke and glow)
- the expression (in the original he looks more freaked out, in the new version i tried to make it look like it was actually hurting him)

i really really liked the original (and honestly still do, it's one of my favorites) and i wanted to try and improving upon the original concept and i'm pretty happy with how it turned out!! don't love the background but eh simplicity can sometimes work best
