Hahaha, Ty looks as amusingly dressed as ever. He looks slighter of build then I remember, trying to play on the "most dangerous without looking it" idea?

Ty is supposed to look 'efficient of shape'. He's in top physical condition - which means he ISN'T muscular (excessive muscle reduces flexibility and causes strain on the heart and bones. You may also notice that he has a receeding hairline XD. Ty has always been (to me) what a 'real' badass looks like - a normal guy that is just better at killing than anyone else.
The wardrobe isn't really intended as a schtick: being of Bethlan decent means his appearance would stick out - making it hard to disguise himself: so he does the opposite. By dressing the way he does people remember the clothes more than what he actually looks like - making it harder for him to be recognized

Which does Psyte use more of a stationary character or mobile? Using his elemental powers, does he fight more like Gaara or Naruto (for example).

"Psyte" the one you know can't fight worth spit: he's athletic but has no real fighting skill; so he really just flails around with his powers.
The real Psyte Haden; the body without the influence of a soul fights using Armatage: a military style based on joint locks and strikes (more like Naruto I guess).

Actually Armatage is real: I can't remember the exact name - but 'Armatage' is close: it's the hodgepodge martial art taught to CIA agents for assassination. Knives, vital strikes, locks, etc.
