Yeah they are next I will try to make a spinning icon. But I won't what will be the steps to make a spinning animated drawing how will I draw the frame?

Well I usually draw mine in a 100x100 canvas and I'll draw one frame on one layer, then the next frame movement on another layer, etc. I'll draw the base first for each frame, then I'll go back and add details like hair and outfits, then I'll go back again and color it. I'm sure there's tutorials you can find tooΒ

Yeah for you blinking icon how many layers did you use and what was the eyes movement was it opening slightly close and then close then rinse and repeat?

For the blinky icons, I usually use 4 or 5 frames. It starts with the characters eyes fully open (unless a certain expression like angry) then for the next frame, the eyelid starts to move down, and the next frame it goes down further, and I keep doing frames until the eyes close.
Then when I animate it, I usually have the character with the eyes open last the longest, then I add the frames where the eyelids move down, close, then go backwards to show it opening again
