Description Graphite, markers and acrylic paint on paper.

I was working my way from the left to the right, and in the beginning there was no story in it, but it all got a bit darker later on. To the right is a combined school and hospital.
So some poor kid, let's call her Aida, was going to school but didn't handle the stress too well. She ended up in the psych care system, and had to crawl out of her earliest depressions to start over from the beginning (in the stone age house with a campfire). From there she started seeing some beautiful things in the world again but also tried to keep the harsher realities away by fleeing into her imagination. Sometimes twisted and confusing, sometimes just beautiful and soothing.
