I'm not very good at commenting so I hope you dont' mind me asking a question about the Pern series instead.
My friend lent me a few of them and while I had a hard time with the first two which were the very first books ever about Pern I think I judst finished Dragonsdawn. i was wondering if you've read it and if so if you know if she wrote anymore books about the dragonmakers...only because there were several questions I had that were left unanswered...
Anyway...beautifully done. I love the expression on the lady's face and the dragon itself.

Thank you!
Yes I did read them all in order, amd currently reading "the White Dragon"..
Ahh you mean the 2 chinese women who genetically created the dragons?
I don't recall them being mentioned after that book..
if they are it is only in passing when 2 characters talk about them..

No...in the older verions of Dragonsdawn they call them the "Dragonmakers" over all. I was just wondered if there are any other books following dragonsdawn that are about the original settlers of Pern. I didn't explain myself properly the first time.

Oooh well, I only know of one more book besides "Dragonsdawn"..
Its several short stories of the very first settlers on Pern:
"The Chronicles of Pern: First Fall"

Very welcome
In the book "The White Dragon" the later generations discover the remains of the first settlement in the volcanic ashes, as well as the flying aircrafts laying abandoned near the first landing site

Hmm....I've been thinking of looking at that. I was facinated by the white dragon in Dragonquest...so...yeah. Thanks for that. I'll check it out when next I can. take care.

Thank you
And I use a mix of photos, 3D renders & digital painting, so the clouds are in fact real, as in from a photograph

What could be better than a pretty girl, a dragon and the ocean for a background?
And I read all of Anne McCaffrey's books, too...many, many years ago. They're a great series that are truly timeless...
