Edit: Changed a few details...This work I started working on after finishing my latest stock photoshoot at *mizzd-stock and it took me untill today to finish (10 days to be exact)..
This year I am more demanding of myself, and I won't upload works I don't feel I really succeeded with.. I guess thats how it goes when you evolve art wise, you demand more of yourself with each art work..

This is so unique! I absolutely love the concept and the style of this work. The atmosphere is so dreamlike and magical. And of course, your stock is always fantastic! I am speechless

I'm sorry I'm saying this, but I really feel this way. The truth is, I like your older works much more. I feel that although you're taking advantage of the dodge tool, you are using it too excessively when the lighting isn't that strong. I think you need to find the balance between lighting objects because I can clearly tell that each item is lit differently while they should be the same. For example, you are lit from the upper right, but the rock you're on is lit on the bottom left.
I'm so sorry if this offends you and I know many people like your style, but I still think you should take my point as a critique and seriously consider what I've wrote.

No worries everyone feels differently, and I don't mind people disagreeing with me at all
I don't use the dodge tool now more than in the old ones though, not even close to as much as the old ones, so that is not correct..
The lighting on the model is coming from 2 directions yes, the left and the right, and the island is mostly lighted from the left, that is true.. But I like playing with different lighting sources..
Besides, in this surreal and dreamlike scenario the lighting isn't really needed to be 'natural' nor 'realistic'

It can be hard to communicate properly on the internet, many things can easily be misunderstood when you don't have facial expressions and tone of voice to rely on
