This is extremely adorable!
I think the lines are rather nice. There's nothing bad about them. Maybe take the eraser and taper the tips a bit and clean up some rough edges, but over all the lines are good. I think because of the style, the texturing on the moon is a bit much. It stick out too much from the rest of the image which is has this storybook illustration feel. The realism of the texture is just too bold.
The lighting itself is pretty good. The shading I think needs to "pop" a little more. It seems that there should be more to build up the depth. For example, the shadow of the bear cub's head on its arm. Maybe take some deeper shades of reddish-brown and brown and go through slightly and slowly build up that shadow. Also the shadow of where the bear is resting on the moon definitely needs to be brought out much more. Not too much but, right now the shadows aren't strong enough in some areas.
I really love the eye and the shape of the nose on the moon. This is such a cute image!

Well that detail can be added in there by painting it. I think painting in a few craters would work and feel more uniform with the rest of the image and add that level of detail you want.
