Before you go all "Ugh! your art is starting to lag!" I was trying something new out v_v and it failed.I might redraw this again one day, cause it came out nothing like I planned and that's because of the new thing I was trying out.
Where are they? I don't know... but it was Kudari's idea.

How do you make the texture look like its on paper?

Well you'll need photoshop to start with. Now you'll need two layers. The bottom one needs to be the finished picture and the top one needs to be the paper texture. Now on the paper layer adjust the settings (Normal, Overlay, ect) and you can set it to one of these 3 options "Multiply", "Linear burn" or "Color burn".
I think I usually go with Color burn because it turns out darker.

Open up a new file that is the paper texture. Then go back to the picture you want to texture and drag the paper texture onto it, then you'll have your paper layer.
