You can buy later issues at any local grocery store, but I recommend researching the issues from the 50s and from the 70s.

Lol I might get a scanner for my birthday, so then maybe I'll get to have full-body drawings. Cuz taking picks with a camera is crap. This drawing looked better on paper, and the camera took it at an angle so it didn't come out just right.

Scanners scan huge files, though, and it's weird outlining pictures from a scanner with a tablet. Just thought I'd let you know.

I don't trace over. Thats why I use the "stamp" effect. It turns every thing Black and white for me.

Eh, I don't know. From my experience, I can't achieve the smooth lines that I'm looking for through that method.

Mine has this thing where you chose how smooth you want it, then I touch up on the edges with the tablet. But since mine is with a camera, the smoother I make it, some of the line fade away. It might be different with a scanned picture though...

I'm afraid to trace on computer. I'm afraid I won't get it to the exact shape I had it on paper.

Yeah, going over lineart in Photoshop is difficult, but it creates some really nice lines, and it looks really clean afterwards.
