Just used a Tungsten white balance in a fairly cool lit room.
Then adeed contrast in photoshop and voila.

Wow...now this is new. NEVER seen it done with a spoon, with that tone of blue, and also with that kind of focus It's usually painfully sharp, but here the water looks like it's a wave or something, instead of some crazy person with a camera playing in the kitchen sink. (the drain gave it away, but that's alright ) Awesome.

Yeah you can make some pretty interesting splashes if you put different shapes under the tap (or faucet)
