IT'S ALIVE! Progress is being made!
I have been working on this for the past 3 days. Working with loose hair is a pain. But it's looks like I'm on the right track so I'll pick it back up tomorrow, err today. Since I need to wake up a 9am & it's already 4:30am.............
I have ALWAYS wanted to make this! Labyrinth is my favorite movie of all time & if I decide to sell this, it's gonna be a hard one to let go!

Have you considered playing with stop-motion animation? It'd probably be fun to try since your Ludo is posable.

I have tried stop motion in the past, It's just so incredibly time consuming I don't think I have the patience for it. lol

I suggest setting a "I'd hate to part with it price" a nice high one, so high you couldn't turn down the offer if someone paid it. Then moving him down to a normal price when you're ready to sell
