great stuff bro, i like it and the Pierce one a lot. you should check out some of Tinie Tempah's covers, i think youd like them a lot cause it goes along with Pete's style as well

Nice. I love the effects. Again, don't save your works as JPG. JPG has a terrible compression and bland colors. :/
Stock is still Low Quality. Bleh.
The C4D effect around his hand is LQ and pixely. Looks terrible.
Also, a small bit around the hand. It looks over sharpened. Same with some of the other spots
Star effects are pretty cool, but they look doubles. Some of the star spots look Low quality.
Moreover, the render doesn't look as if it was rendered well. I can see some outlines of gray..
Nice job on blending the render with the clouds.. but he stands out much. Maybe use Gradient Maps?
Nice work, though. You have potential.. maybe look up tips and tutorials?

I'd look around DeviantART. Maybe look up High Quality Stocks Packs and C4Ds Packs. You can also look up some tutorials around DeviantART. Some of the artists let you usually use stocks, but it requires credit (which shouldn't be difficult!).
If not, then you can look around on google. Usually, there are GFX packs around GFX sites, too. Thank you for taking my comments as a consideration. It's been a long time since I did GFX, but at least I know the simple basics.
