I did this on the night Tab died-the night my dad told me the news. I also drew another...I may or may not upload it later. I don't really care if theres any anatomical errors in it, because I could barely see while drawing this.
This is me and Tab's 'thing'. Whenever he'd come in I'd always lower my face to him and he'd nose bump me. It was our little way of saying hello. So I reinterpreted it a bit, Tab is slowly being pulled away. Emotional pic for me, and I know the lens flare is weird but deal with it.
Oh and also-I really suggest this song to anyone. its such a wonderful song, one of my favs and very moving. Its from the 'Troy' Soundtrack
In memory of my cat Tab, May 2003-June 30th 2004. We will always remember him.

Irrevocably sweet and sad. That, and the song you chose was beautiful. I love the lighting in the picture, the glitter of the tear, the sad but loving look as Tab draws back as if to say, "It's going to be all right..."

ever since i was a baby, i had this one cat, an orange tabby male named Runner, who slept under my crib and was my teddy bear, my protector, my best friend until he passed away of old age at the age of 17 human years the day after christmas. i was only ten when he died. so, i know how you feel. you can always talk to me, 'cause my cat Runner was and has always been one of the greatest friends i've ever had. i still think of him a lot even though seven years has passed. but i know i'll see him again sooner or later!

So sad and beautiful.... it is so hard when pets leave us, sometimes harder than losing people, because when a pet creates a bond with you, it lasts forever. *looks at her ferret, chipmunks and hamster*. This is very heart-felt. it is easy to see that; your kitty would be happy to see whay you created for him.

Wow...just wow. I love this. I lost my own cat about a month ago, so I can sympathize a lot.
I must fave this. It just shows so much emotion...a lot of which I've felt myself. If you need an ear...even though I'm just a stranger...I can hear just fine.

I LOVE this. Anatomical errors my big fat ass, it`s perfect. I used to have a coal kitten with a half-tail, Mau... she used to come into my room just when I was about to fall asleep and then curl up on my belly and fall asleep purring. She was so perfect... but she died in a car accident two years after I got her... I was so sad that night when she didn`t come up to my bed... *sob* not saying I know how you feel, I`m not the kind of person that really notes her own feelings, but yah...

That is so sweet... But yet so sad. The expressions on their faces are so powerful, it really gets you into the mood of the drawing. I love the way you did this. My eyes even filled with tears at first when I saw it. Death is such a sad thing. I'm sorry about Tab. May he rest in heaven with peace.

That's an awsome pic. I know what it's like to lose a friend. My cat of 16 years died a little over a year ago. She was my best friend since I was 4. Your cat's stripes look so realistic, he looks like a real cat, so does the tear. And I like the lense flair, where their touch noses, like the magic of friendship forever.

I'm sorry to hear about your cat, losing a beloved pet is always horrible, I remember I cried for days on end when my darling cocker spaniel died. I actually like the lens flare in this picture, it almost makes it look like a dream (Blah I know that sounds wierd)

The loss of a kitteh is crushing...
believe it or not, I also lost one of my pet cats in June the 18th to be exact.. she was old, and I'm happier now I know she's in a better place.. - Sniff -.
I hope you feel better now..

Awwr...I just got to check my deviations today..I am so sorry...Just like Fiory said..I brought tears to my eyes. My pet didn't die..she was taken from me. They said she was too vicious..but not to me. She would always lick my face when I came outside. I wish I could bring Tab back to you. He seemed very very close. Just remember, he'll never really be gone. You'll see him around your house, real as day. I still see the pets that I have had taken from me...Just remember, he'll always be there.

this is so nice. my aunt had a cat who had to be put to sleep a little while ago who would do a similar thing, my aunt would make a kissing noise and she would kinda stick her head up to bump into her face. it was so sweet...
