Here he is, the man you've all been waiting for!... At least, a couple of you have...Leland is my sexy cop guy for the Silent Hill story CG, Wiseman, Mikoo, myself, and a couple of others are taking part in. Once he meets up with her, he does whatever he can to make sure Nancy stays safe.
Here is before he heads off to Silent Hill after Garfield. I imagine he's in trouble with the Captain for disobeying orders to leave Garfield alone (Leland's very suspicious of Garfield, even if he hasn't done anything out in the open just yet). As you can tell, Leland is not amused.
