Yes I know he was bald in the cartoon but sod that it didn't look right and I know I'm not the only person who thinks it .I was going to draw the turban on but it didn't look right so I decided to do it with out (I did this with a mouse in Photoshop2).
Well I'll let you decide what he's thinking about if there's any really good Ideas I'll write it in the artists comments

Though I can't picture him with much hair you did an awesome job of drawing him in your own style and youthened but still giving him character. (unlike..another rendition that subjects him and all of the other Disney villains idealized standards of beauty...-_-) Love the narrowed eyes, the thick, arched eyebrow, the nose that slopes elegantly, but still isn't a straight nose, the angular chin, his scrutinizing look, and the hair that's not overly flowy, it somehow still says Jafar I also love the colors you used for the sky! ^___^ Pink, red, black, yellow, and purple, that's like a genius combination!!!!! : DDDDD
