Well, that depends on what dimension you look at...I found that the proposed TFA Nemesis Prime (he was supposed to be in Season 4) is awesome while being evil. The G1 Nemesis Prime is just insane and evil, not very awesome. That's why I prefer TFA Nemesis!

Shattered Glass Optimus is even more ruthless and cruel than the Megatron of ANY reality I've ever seen--so I wouldn't put THIS past him. And considering how terrible TFA SW has proven to be, this is pretty disturbing.
