So I happened to have half my head shaved when the new champ Vi came out. I loved everything about her, so I knew I had to make this costume for Dragoncon this year. The fingers move on the gloves, and the red/blue gems light up. Overall I'm happy with how this costume came out, now I just need to learn to do a better job when I play as Vi.Photo by : www.facebook.com/josephchilinpβ¦

I got a lot of questions about the IV instead of VI. The photo is not flipped. If you look at the rest of the costume everything is on the correct side. I shaved half my head before VI was ever a champ. Then when VI came out I knew I had to do the costume, but I wasn't going to shave the rest of my head. So I choose to mirror her tattoo at this con. I think in the next photo shoot I do, I will have it read Vi int he correct direction. But it was not a mistake. I actually was calling this my "IV" costume, and thought it was funny. I knew I would get questions about it, but I wasn't that worried about it. If the direction of the tattoo ruins the costume for you I'm really sorry. I hope you can look past it at all the work I did on everything else, and enjoy it as much as I do!

Very nice cosplay indeed, but why upload the picture the wrong way around? It should be VI on the left cheek, not IV on the right.

I shaved half my head before they came out with Vi, So when they did it was too late.Β I had to do the wig in reverse and I choose to flip the tattoo on my face to kinda go with it.Β My next shoot I'll have it read the correct way.Β I was actually calling this my "IV" costume. As a Thresh player myself Vi has been a critical asset to an enemy team. A good Vi can have me gg in 10 minutes.

If you're looking how to build Vi, I can tell my own preference as lover of the jungler champs;
rush wriggles or build mardred's and boots and wriggles asap.
go for frozen mallet as your first tanky item and then build wit's end.
Build mercury's threads and brutalizer.
Then comes up situational tanky item; randuin,thornmail,GA.
Finish with black cleaver.
This build very well for jungler Vi, but if you're looking pure core items that should be in every build is black cleaver & frozen mallet, they're must.
