OH how I love sushi!!! Today is our off day so we decided to splurge on some sushi. How good does that look??? I know it isn't going to grace the cover of Bon AppΓ©tit anytime soon but I didn't want to take the time to set up a great shot because it looked so good I wanted to eat it RIGHT THEN!!!
So I just grabbed the camera and took a quick snapshot! Let's see...
We have some Avocado combo rolls in the back right (Avocado, cucumber, carrots, lettuce, cabage in a pistacio paper)
California rolls in the back left (Just rice, crab, cucumber, Nori (seaweed), and some sesame seeds.
Front and center we have some Hawaiian roll which is slap yo mamma good: (California Roll topped with some Sauce, shaved almonds, raw tuna, Capelin Roe (fish eggs)).
Then to the right we have a couple of pieces of nigiri sushi... Unagi (cooked eel) with sesame seeds and to the right of that we have nigiri salmon!
OH how sweet it is!!! MMM MMM GOOD!

Ive never had sushi, I one day hope to try it.......just not from any place in Paragould. I want to try fresh stuff that wont kill me.
