To be honest, the first thing that popped into my head was "Legolas, pull your fucking pants up! You're Prince of the Woodland Realm, not some damn good-for-nothing, lay-about, vagabond! And brush your goddamn hair!"
Please don't ask how Thranduil got inside my head, as I really have no idea. (I also don't know where he learned such language, but I'm blaming it on the Dwarves.)
Anyway, now that my Mind-Thranduil has kindly shut his royal mouth: I love the colors here, and the garland, and the fanned-out hair, and OMG that little strand of hair going across his face! Also, his face! And his fingers! Definitely his fingers! They're long and graceful and slender and while we're in the hand region, the bracelets! Also, his nipples are really shiny and for some strange reason that's really attractive! *explodes*

Other than that... I think that the slender features work perfectly with him, and the spread out hair is amazing. This is the absolute best work I have seen concerning Legolas so far.
