I know you didn't ask and you may already know, but just in case...   

If you don't like one of your villagers, or a villager that's moving in, talk to them once then ignore them, they will usually move out in a week. If you talk to them more than once, it will take a little longer, but usually ignoring them/turning down requests will do the trick. That way you can cycle through villagers faster, and hopefully get Tangy a little sooner!

Tangy is pretty much naked except for her tank though. Didn't wan to go to complex either, considering this would be my first cosplay.
