Hei, tämä on ihan mahtava kuva! Se ei pröystäile, mutta siinä on silti jotain dynaamista. Molempien hahmojen ristiriitaiset tunteet tulevat tosi hyvin esille.
Olisi mahtavaa lukea se fic tästä, jos se sinulla vielä jossain on. Muitakin varmasti kiinostaisi. En ehkä ole paras sanomaan, suomalainen juntti kun itsekin olen, mutta mielestäni englantisi on tosi hyvää, ja olethan jo kääntänyt tarinoitasi aiemminkin.
Tietenkin voin lukea ihan suomeksikin, mutta varmasti moni muukin tahtoisi tietää tähän tilenteeseen liittyvät tapahtumat.

This is brilliant- I can definitely see this in the manga as a dream or illusion scene that happens. The fact that Inuyasha looks defeated and almost intimidated by his own father creates such an impact.
I don't know if you've done this intentionally, but Inuyasha's posture (slumped forward), flattened ears, and looking at his father through his ruffled bangs makes this an amazing scene. Also, Inu no Taisho is looking very expectedly at his son, in a fatherly way, as if asking him a question about his life. Either that, or he's reprimanding Inuyasha for taking the last ninja-food.
But in all seriousness, this is a great picture. Your caption and title, as well, "Dad... I wish I knew you, but I don't. What could I say now?" sets a mood for the picture that I believe the viewer gets. When you think of Inuyasha's tragic situation where he has never met his father, you become sad or at least empathetic. Really, what could Inuyasha say at this point?
Inu no Taisho should be very proud, though, after all that Inuyasha has overcome, defeated, and conquered- whether it be physical battles, emotional struggles, or learning how to love. He has come a long way, and I think his father would be very proud if they were to ever meet.
I've never seen a fanart of Inuyasha that has moved me so deeply, but this has. This is one of my ALL TIME favorites.

A very nice original idea! This would indeed be an awkward moment between father and son. InuYasha would feel odd because he simply doesn't know his father at all. To him he is a stranger that has a bond by blood.
To Inu no Taisho, his hybrid son would represent his forbidden love of a human woman. But he would also be the son he gave his life to protect. His hybrid son who carries the Tessaiga that not only protects humans, but also protects his son against his demon side.
There is so much going on between the two that an understated image like this speaks volumes....

Are you Finnish!!???? Your sig line looks like it's Finnish. The land I purchased a few years back is in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, way up in the Keweenaw Peninsula. There is a long and well loved history of Finnish and Cornish miners who worked the copper mines up there. It's the only place I know of in the US where streets area labelled in both English and Finnish. It's also where everyone loves the sauna, eats their pasties, and revels in the deep snow. Everyone who lives there, loves it. It's a hard, wild life, but I'd live there if I could make a living there.
And, if you love long comments, well, I'm up for that. I get pretty chatty sometimes. I am not a 180-character Twitter mentality. You just can't say anything important in such a small way. Wind me up and give me a keyboard and my hands just fly over the keys, capturing the river of thought....
As for your fanfic, maybe someday in English? Hope...hope....
