You just lost The Game!I know.. I'm mean too!
If you've never heard of The Game, read on:
Everyone is always playing "The Game". If you happen to think about it, you lose. Once you lose, you have to loudly proclaim "I just lost the game!" This will make everyone around you also lose. Thirty minutes later, you're all able to lose again.
Sooo... a game. Based on the show, "Lost". So when you read it, it says "Lost the game". So you're supposed to read the word placement on the picture, and think of The Game...and therefore lose the game, hopefully causing other people to lose too.
Not a real PS2 game by the way! I took the logos and put them on a Lost promo pic I found on Google.

I don't have any PS3 games, so I don't know what they look like off the top of my head. I wasn't too keen on researching what they looked like (and making the corners more rounded) just to make a joke deviation.
