Description
This is one of those projects that has evolved over many years. The original design of the keep began as a simple line drawing on graph paper that later expanded to multiple sheets. It was later redrawn in pen and ink on vellum and then eventually made its way to a CAD rendering. This depiction is of the foundations, and is the first time I attempted to represent stones and blocks in a subterranean design. While my style has evolved since this was drawn, I was particularly pleased with how this turned out and I reference this drawing often.

What is particularly notable about this design is that it does not adhere to any grid.
